Project Engineer Role

This is an exciting opportunity to join our dynamic team as a Project Engineer, where you will be responsible for delivering high-quality projects from inception to completion.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to deliver projects on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
  • Develop and implement project plans, including risk management and mitigation strategies.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant health, safety, and environmental regulations.
  • Engage with suppliers and stakeholders to ensure effective communication and collaboration.
  • Monitor and control project costs, ensuring value for money.
  • Provide guidance and support to junior team members to help them develop their skills and expertise.

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 2 years' experience working in a similar role, preferably in the water and wastewater industry.
  • A minimum of a Level 7 Honours Degree in Civil, Mechanical, Electrical, Mechatronics, Chemical or Environmental Engineering.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain effective relationships with colleagues, clients, and stakeholders.
  • Fully qualified engineer with experience in managing teams and leading projects.
