Electrical Assembly Team Lead

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Electrical Assembly Team Lead to join our team. The successful candidate will have a proven track record of leading electrical assembly teams, with expertise in production planning, resource allocation, and quality control.

The ideal candidate will be an effective communicator, able to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders. They will have a strong understanding of automation equipment and be able to develop and implement efficient processes to drive business growth.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a seasoned Electrical Assembly Team Lead to take on new challenges and contribute to the success of our organization.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and manage the electrical assembly team, ensuring that production targets are met and quality standards are maintained.
  • Develop and implement production plans, taking into account resource availability and production requirements.
  • Collaborate with the planning department to ensure that resources and build areas are identified ahead of time.
  • Attend project-specific meetings with project managers, designers, and software engineers to discuss project progress and identify potential issues.
Requirements:
  • Degree in electrical engineering or related field.
  • Minimum 5 years' experience in electrical assembly team leadership roles.
  • Proven track record of leading high-performing teams and achieving production targets.
  • Strong understanding of automation equipment and ability to develop and implement efficient processes.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
