Logistics Development Opportunity

This role presents an exceptional chance to join a logistics team and contribute to operational success by driving process improvements and efficiencies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with the transport operations team to identify areas of improvement and implement efficient solutions for internal and external stakeholders.
  • Bring innovative ideas and perspectives to drive progress using knowledge and experience gained from relevant studies.
  • Support strategic priority projects within the Logistics department, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality outcomes.
  • Lead own improvement projects from start to finish, integrating learnings across individual Logistics functions to enhance overall performance.

Requirements:

  • High academic achievement and minimum 2.2 honours degree.
  • Demonstrated record of high achievement and successful delivery.
  • Proven self-motivated individual with drive and desire to succeed in leadership roles.
  • Excellent teamwork and communication skills, with ability to work independently when required.
  • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
