Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage indirect materials and operational support by coordinating consumables planning with suppliers and teams.
  • Monitor and control indirect inventory levels to guarantee availability.
  • Review and approve indirect material requisitions in accordance with internal processes.
  • Support departments with requisition creation, issue resolution, and site project requirements.

Our ideal candidate has exceptional analytical skills and can effectively analyze supply chain data to maintain key reports and provide insights to inform purchasing decisions and strategies.

As a member of our team, you will have the opportunity to work collaboratively with internal stakeholders and suppliers to resolve invoice discrepancies and facilitate supplier set up processes.

Additionally, you will be responsible for maintaining and updating procedures and documentation for the Purchasing/Logistics team, providing flexible operational support as needed.
