Job Title

Supply Chain Coordinator

We are seeking an experienced supply chain professional to join our production management team. The successful candidate will lead the development of a responsive, cost-effective supply chain that supports commercial objectives and delivers consistently high service levels to customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement effective production planning strategies.
  • Co-ordinate with procurement and warehousing teams to ensure seamless operations.
  • Drive on-time, in-full (OTIF) delivery performance through efficient inventory and process management.
  • Balance production and financial targets with customer service priorities.
  • Monitor and manage key performance indicators (KPIs) including OTIF, schedule adherence, inventory levels, lead times, and capacity planning.
  • Lead and develop planning and warehousing teams, embedding continuous improvement and lean principles.
  • Ensure full integration of supply chain processes and master data.
  • Collaborate closely with production and quality teams to optimise output and efficiency.
  • Support local and group-level sales and operations planning processes, capacity planning, and reporting.
  • Identify and deliver supply chain improvement projects and cost-saving initiatives.

Requirements:

  • Degree qualified in business, procurement, or supply chain management.
  • 3-5 years' experience in a supply chain role, ideally within a manufacturing environment.
  • Strong ERP knowledge and understanding of supply chain optimisation.
  • Experience with target-led production planning.
  • Strong analytical skills with a results-driven, solutions-oriented approach.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Experience working within a regulated environment is an advantage.
