Job Opportunity

The ideal candidate will possess a degree in Business, Procurement, or Supply Chain Management and 3-5 years of experience in a supply chain role.

  • Production planning and inventory management are crucial components of this position.
  • Coordinating with procurement and warehousing teams to drive on-time, in-full delivery performance through effective inventory and process management.
  • Balancing production and financial targets with customer service priorities is essential for success.

Key requirements include strong ERP knowledge, analytical skills, leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

Experience working within a regulated environment is advantageous.

Responsibilities:

Lead and Develop Planning and Warehousing Teams:

  • Embedding CI and Lean principles is vital for team development.

Ensure Full Cim/Sage Integration:

  • For supply chain processes and master data integration.

Collaborate with Production and Quality Teams:

  • Optimize output and efficiency to meet production demands.

Support Local and Group-Level S&OP Processes:

  • Capacity planning and reporting are key to successful operations.

Identify and Deliver Supply Chain Improvement Projects:

  • Cost-saving initiatives that benefit the organization as a whole.
Requirements:
  • Master's degree in Business, Procurement, or Supply Chain Management is highly preferred.
  • At least 3-5 years' experience in a supply chain role with a proven track record.
  • Strong ERP knowledge and understanding of supply chain optimization are must-haves.
  • Experience with target-led production planning is necessary for success.
  • Strong analytical skills and a results-driven approach are essential.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills are required.
