**Job Title:** Engineering Manager

As an experienced engineering professional, you will lead a team of engineers in guiding and developing technical solutions to drive business performance. This role requires a strong blend of practical experience and formal knowledge to effectively apply engineering principles in real-time problem-solving.

**Key Responsibilities:

  • Actively participate in day-to-day leadership of the business unit, driving engagement activities.
  • Coach and mentor the engineering group to ensure high-quality output and performance.
  • Lead continuous improvement activities to drive manufacturing loss improvements and quality issues resolution.
  • Develop and implement processes to improve department performance, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Provide technical solutions to operations issues and contribute to key decisions around employee development, recognition, and compensation.

**Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in an engineering or science discipline.
  • 4 years of relevant experience in a team-based regulated manufacturing environment, with previous supervisory experience.
  • Good knowledge of GMP/FDA regulatory requirements and current Health and Safety Regulations legislation.
  • Proven experience practicing Lean tools and business understanding of operations and their impacts.
  • Strong communication skills with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Able to facilitate a team of engineers to deliver specific objectives.
