About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Quality Specialist to join our organization. As a Quality Specialist, you will play a key role in ensuring that our products meet high-quality standards.

  • Conduct root cause analysis on manufacturing quality issues and serve as the primary author of reports detailing findings.
  • Collaborate with customers and suppliers to ensure their requirements are met.
  • Work with Production Management to coordinate quality and safety training sessions for all employees.
  • Provide staff with information regarding product quality, regulatory compliance, and facility hygiene practices.
  • Ensure necessary equipment used for quality assurance is calibrated in a timely manner and accurate records are maintained.

You will also be responsible for coordinating required audits, working closely with the management team to lead preparation and readiness activities, and ensuring compliance with ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and FSSC 22000 standards.

About You

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A degree or diploma in quality control or a related field.
  • A minimum of four years' relevant experience.
  • Previous experience with audits.
  • A strong understanding of ISO 9001:2015, ISO 14001, and FSSC 22000 standards and related management systems.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
