Job OverviewThis role involves leading the execution of testing processes, maintaining open communication with stakeholders, and utilizing advanced analytical thinking to systematically evaluate testing situations. Key responsibilities include:
- Executing comprehensive testing processes that meet high standards of accuracy and timeliness.
- Conducting in-depth control evaluations to identify coverage gaps, verify design and implementation, and assess effectiveness.
- Leading diverse teams, planning activities to integrate work across different parts of the department.
- Making strategic decisions impacting the function, leveraging deep knowledge of risk and control testing principles.
- 7+ years of experience executing and managing testing processes in a risk and control environment.
- Advanced proficiency in analytical thinking, with a track record of evaluating complex situations and making data-driven decisions.
- Proven experience conducting control evaluations, identifying gaps, and assessing effectiveness.
- Leadership skills, including team management, planning, and organization.
