Senior Process Manager

We are seeking an experienced Lead Manufacturing Process Engineer to lead the development and implementation of high-volume manufacturing lines from the development stage to full-scale production ramp.
This role offers a great opportunity for a skilled Process Engineer to excel in a challenging environment of high-speed automation for micro assemblies across various business sectors.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop, implement, and maintain efficient manufacturing processes and equipment in our production area.
- Strategic planning and optimization of manufacturing operations.
- Mentor and guide other engineers within the team.
- Lead process engineering activities for multiple product families in our industry.
- Minimum 4+ years' experience in Process Engineering with a proven track record of leading projects and teams.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in an Engineering or Science discipline.
- Extensive experience in medical device and/or automation industries is essential.
- Strong knowledge of ISO13485 medical device manufacturing and highly automated environments.
