Asset Finance Lawyer Opportunity in Dublin

Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Asset Finance Lawyer to manage transactions end-to-end, advising on Irish law and preparing security documentation.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage transactions from initiation to completion.
  • Advise on Irish law and draft security documentation.
  • Engage in business development activities and collaborate with clients globally.
  • Lead high-quality commercial and corporate matters, drafting and reviewing agreements.
  • Mentor junior lawyers and support knowledge management initiatives.

The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of PQE in asset finance or a related practice area, a strong academic background, and excellent communication skills.
