About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Administrative Assistant - Financial Services to join our team at Alpine Healthcare. The successful candidate will provide administrative support to the Management Team, ensuring efficient day-to-day operations and maintaining accurate records.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, be proficient in Microsoft Office applications, and have a strong understanding of financial services and accounting principles. They will also be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and maintain confidentiality when dealing with sensitive information.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Providing administrative support to the Management Team
  • Maintaining accurate records and files
  • Preparing financial reports and statements
  • Assisting with payroll and accounts payable/receivable
  • Performing other related administrative tasks as required

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of experience in an administrative or accounting role
  • Strong knowledge of financial services and accounting principles
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and maintain confidentiality
