Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced store leader to join our team.

About the Role:

The successful candidate will be responsible for the overall management of the store, leading and inspiring their colleagues, and fostering a positive work environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Analyse sales figures to ensure store profitability.
  • Maintain high standards for customers and teams.
  • Manage stock and cash according to company procedures.
  • Supervise and manage the day-to-day operations of the store.
  • Understand and meet the commercial needs of the business.
  • Provide exceptional customer service.
  • Develop strong relationships with customers.
  • Efficiently manage store operations, including cost management & rostering efficiency.
  • Effectively manage colleagues, including appraisals, disciplining, coaching, motivation, and mentoring.
  • Ensure full compliance with health and safety legislation.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • 2 years experience in a similar role.
  • Ability to lead and motivate a team.
  • Excellent communication and 'people' skills.
  • Ability to work in a busy environment and handle challenging situations.
  • Positivity, drive, and enthusiasm with the ability to take responsibility and make decisions.
  • Strong commercial acumen.
  • Decision-making ability and sense of responsibility.
  • Ability to understand and analyse sales figures.
