Social Care Worker Role

The Social Care Worker is responsible for supporting individuals to achieve the organization's vision and goals outlined in their personal plan.

This role involves empowering people supported to live self-determined lives in socially inclusive communities, supporting families as needed, and building social capital in the community.

The Social Care Worker will work collaboratively with the support team, leadership team, clinical team, and other stakeholders to ensure individuals receive a safe and effective service.

Essential Skills and Qualifications

  • A relevant third-level qualification in social care or a related field.
