Community Choice Financial Family of Brands is seeking a skilled Customer Support Specialist to join our team. As a Customer Support Specialist, you will provide high-quality support to customers through various channels, including phone, email, and chat.
In this role, you will be responsible for resolving customer complaints and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and efficient manner
- Provide product information and recommendations to customers
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve complex customer issues
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- Minimum of one year of related work experience in a customer service environment
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
