Senior Project Manager Position

The role involves overseeing commercial projects in Cork City, ensuring timely delivery and compliance with specifications.

  • Reporting to management team on programme schedule and ensuring adherence to plans, specifications, and building standards.
  • Conducting site surveys and verifying that engineering details are being followed.
  • Supervising subcontractors and checking quality of work performed.
  • Liaising with clients, subcontractors, quantity surveyors, and other project stakeholders.
  • Reviewing documents, scheduling site meetings, and ensuring overall compliance with the construction schedule.
Key Requirements:
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar position.
  • Engineering degree required.
  • Desirable: Residential experience.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong IT skills, particularly MS Office proficiency.
  • Good understanding of Irish construction site Health & Safety requirements.
  • Effective management skills.
  • Full Irish driving license.
