Exciting Infrastructure Project Opportunities for Experienced Design Managers
About the RoleWe are seeking an experienced Design Manager to lead multi-disciplined design-build teams in delivering infrastructure projects across various markets.
- Key responsibilities include identifying and agreeing project objectives with the Project Director, developing a strategy for achieving these, setting objectives and defining tasks for the project team, delegating authority, and agreeing how risks will be shared.
The successful candidate will actively manage the project, monitoring and reporting performance against programme, technical quality, financial, and KPI targets.
To excel in this role, you will have relevant experience of DB design/project management, a Level 8 Honours Degree in Civil Engineering or related field, and Chartered Engineer or equivalent status. Excellent interpersonal, organisational, and communication skills are essential, as well as the ability to manage and motivate a team and demonstrate good leadership qualities.
