Senior Civil Design Engineer Job Description

This is a key leadership role within our design team where you will be responsible for overseeing your own projects, collaborating with experienced Directors and engineers to ensure the delivery of high-quality results.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Project Oversight: You will be responsible for managing your own projects from concept to completion, ensuring timely delivery and meeting client expectations.
  • Collaboration and Team Guidance: You will work closely with experienced Directors and engineers to guide junior team members and provide mentorship and support to help them grow in their roles.
  • Business Development: You will be responsible for developing business proposals, tender submissions, and client management to drive growth and revenue.

You will have the opportunity to work on a wide range of infrastructure projects, from roads and highways to marine infrastructure. This role requires a strong technical background, excellent communication skills, and the ability to lead and motivate a team.

Requirements:
  • Strong technical skills in civil engineering, including road and marine project development.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with colleagues and clients.
  • Leadership and management experience, with a proven track record of delivering projects on time and to budget.
