Project Manager - Civils Infrastructure

The successful candidate will be responsible for leading a project in Cork City, ensuring its timely delivery and meeting quality standards.

Key aspects of this role include supervision of sites, employees, sub-contractors, and suppliers, as well as management and delivery of the project Programme & Procurement needs in conjunction with the Procurement and QS team.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the development of the project, providing long-term career opportunities for experienced Project Managers in various locations upon completion.
  • Ensure accurate documentation on site, including full management of the H&S file.

Deliver projects safely and maintain the highest standards of Health and Safety management.

Effective communication is essential, managing the project through necessary channels and maintaining quality standards.


Requirements:
  • Minimum 3 years experience as a Site Manager on civils projects.
  • Strong analytical and decision-making skills to ensure successful project delivery.
  • Ability to work on own initiative, self-motivated, ambitious, and dedicated.
  • Proficient with MS Office, Excel, PowerPoint, and industry-specific software.
