Job Description\Entities Organisations seeking dynamic and visionary leaders to drive strategic Treasury operations are invited to apply for this challenging role. The Senior Treasury Manager will oversee daily treasury operations, cash forecasting, bank account management, and oversight of a team of 4 colleagues.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading key strategic initiatives, including cash repatriation, entity capital structures, interco loan and cash balances, and M">&Amp;A activity. A proven track record of delivering results in a fast-paced environment is essential, along with the ability to work collaboratively with internal stakeholders to support projects, repatriation, and other strategic initiatives.

Key responsibilities include managing global bank relationships, scaling the bank account structure, ensuring compliance with KYC, mandates, and signatory updates. Additionally, the successful candidate will be involved in identifying local investment opportunities to maximise yield with relationship banks in the portfolio of countries, aligned with the organisation's investment policy framework.

This role requires a strong understanding of treasury operations/cash management and financial risk. Prior experience working with a TMS preferably FIS Quantum is an advantage, as well as previous experience with project management and M">&Amp;A integration. The ability to think on their feet, prioritise tasks, and act with urgency is also crucial.English proficiency is essential, with additional languages being a plus.
