Job Overview">

We are seeking a highly skilled Identity Access Management Platform Engineer to join our dynamic team. As an IAM Platform Engineer, you will play a key role in managing IAM incidents, supporting audits, and ensuring the reliability of IAM services.


Key Responsibilities">
  • ">
  • Monitor, triage, and resolve IAM-related incidents and services requests within defined SLAs.">
  • Lead or participate in problem management and root cause analysis for recurring or major IAM issues.">
  • Support access certificate, SOX controls, and audit evidence collection for compliance reporting.">
  • Participate in and support on-call rotations for 24 x7 incident response, including weekends, and other off-hours as needed.">
  • Assist in maintaining and improving IAM platforms including Okta, Entra, Active Directory, SailPoint, CyberArk, Public Key Infrastructure etc.">
  • Apply security patches and updates across IAM systems per enterprise patching schedule and change control process.">
  • Contribute to process documentation, playbooks, and operational runbooks for IAM support">
  • Stay current with emerging IAM tools, technologies, and best practices.">

Required Skills and Qualifications">
  • ">
  • 4 years of experience in Identity and Access Management or enterprise IT with a focus on access management.">
  • Working knowledge of IAM tools such as Okta, Entra, SailPoint, CyberArk, or similar.">
  • Exposure to authentication protocols like SAML, OIDC, OAuth.">
  • Experience with incident and problem management practices.">
  • Familiarity with compliance framework (SOX, HIPPA, etc.) and audit processes.">
  • Excellent problem-solving, communication and stakeholder management skills.">
