Senior Client Advocate

Key Role:
We are seeking a Senior Client Advocate to provide exceptional support to our corporate clients, driving product adoption and ensuring ongoing customer satisfaction and retention.
Responsibilities:
- Effectively onboard new customers to ensure they get the most from our SaaS platform.
- Work with stakeholders to define and optimize the customer journey with a focus on understanding our product.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, working to mitigate churn and drive engagement and renewals.
- Influence through persuasion, negotiation, and consensus building to meet customer goals.
- Take ownership of complex problems to enhance the customer experience.
Requirements:
- 3+ years' experience in client success, relationship management or account management, preferably in a B2B Enterprise SaaS environment.
- Passion for enhancing the customer experience.
- Exceptional communication skills, highly organized, collaborative and detail oriented.
- Ability to make decisions and take ownership.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Self-motivated, able to work with minimal supervision and be accountable.
