Job Overview

You will join a collaborative team responsible for delivering high-visibility projects that support senior leaders in their strategic objectives.

The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in risk analysis and control, with experience in financial services or insurance industries. A degree in finance, risk, or audit, or related field is required.

  • Develop and implement risk management strategies aligned with Solvency II and group standards.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to strengthen internal controls and improve the control environment.
  • Monitor and track operational incidents, providing critical insight to management and governance bodies through clear, data-informed risk reporting.
  • Prepare risk reports and maintain up-to-date dashboards for senior management and group risk teams.
Key Responsibilities

Reporting to the Chief Risk Officer, you will work closely with senior leaders to identify, assess, and mitigate risks across multiple business areas.

The successful candidate will have excellent analytical skills, strong communication abilities, and proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint. Familiarity with coding languages such as VBA or Python is a plus.

Requirements
  • A minimum of 3 years' experience in a risk-related role within insurance or financial services.
  • A degree in finance, risk, audit, or related field, or equivalent experience.
  • Strong working knowledge of risk frameworks and control standards.
  • Analytical, adaptable, and solutions-focused, with excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in English is essential; proficiency in French is a strong advantage.
