Job Description

We are seeking a skilled and organized individual to join our team as a Retail Merchandiser in Cork. The successful candidate will work 12 hours per week, managing stock, promoting products with tastings following training, and maintaining the appearance of our concession in Dunnes Stores.

The role involves maintaining product merchandising, stock levels, cleanliness, and display consistency. You will also carry out promotional tastings as instructed by the line manager and engage with customers in line with our customer service policies.

As a Retail Merchandiser, you will be responsible for monitoring stock levels, maintaining cleanliness, conducting daily spot-cleaning as required, maintaining attractive visual displays, carrying out stock rotation, and restocking to ensure adequate product availability.

Requirements
  • At least 1 year working in a similar retail setting or with a company like Sheridans is preferable but not essential.
  • Awareness of HACCP/Food Safety in retail.
  • Organised and calm in a fast-paced environment.
  • Available for 4 to 5 short shifts per week including weekends as required to support business needs.
