About the Role:

We are seeking an enthusiastic and motivated individual to join our team as a Food and Beverage Assistant. This role will involve supporting meetings and events, providing exceptional guest experiences, and ensuring the smooth operation of all food and beverage services.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Guest Service: Provide efficient, prompt, and courteous service to guests, serving restaurant orders promptly and accurately recording orders.
  2. Teamwork: Collaborate with internal teams, including chefs, servers, and event coordinators, to deliver exceptional results.
  3. Quality Control: Maintain high standards of cleanliness and organization in the working area and station, ensuring that all items of service and consumable goods meet the required level of quality.
  4. Sales Promotion: Promote additional sales by taking opportunities to up-sell in a professional and courteous manner.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 1 year experience in a food and beverage service role, preferably within a hotel setting.
  • Proven experience supporting meetings and events.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with guests.
