Overview

The Senior Retail Account Manager plays a pivotal role in driving retail excellence and sales growth by overseeing daily store operations, managing teams, and fostering client relationships. This dynamic professional will lead the way in creating memorable experiences for customers, driving business development, and embodying the brand's values.


Responsibilities
  • Team Leadership:
  • Guide and motivate team members to achieve results, develop individual talents, and create an environment rich with ethics, integrity, and diversity.
  • Proactively address employee relations issues with the support of a Retail Development Manager in accordance with local policies and procedures.
  • Facilitate regular team and individual communication to ensure collective knowledge among team members.
  • Empower team members by sharing the brand vision, challenges, and expectations while holding them accountable.
  • Business Development:
  • Embodies an entrepreneurial spirit, responsible for building the portfolio of clients through data capture in line with brand expectations.
  • Develops business initiatives aligned with the brand vision and strategy.
  • Takes responsibility for staff rotas, including day-to-day operational zoning to ensure floor coverage and optimal client experience.
  • Communicates retail and collateral stock needs to necessary parties.
  • Has a solid understanding of the business environment and provides feedback and reporting to line managers to influence strategies and recommendations.
  • Client Experience:
  • Creates conditions for consistent and memorable experiences by leading by example on the selling floor.
  • Builds long-lasting relationships with clients by providing tailor-made, personalized experiences.
  • Considers the omni-channel journey as a whole and helps the team embrace digital shopping trends.
  • Resolves client service complaints with a holistic approach to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Ensures the team has tools and training to provide a CHANEL client experience.
  • Guarantees that visual merchandising guidelines are adhered to throughout the counter and maintains a clean, tidy, and welcoming environment at all times.
  • Brand Ambassador:
  • Embody the values of the brand by being a CHANEL Insider with a solid knowledge of the brand, its heritage, and know-how.
  • Shares this knowledge with clients and the team while implementing all received training and being proactive in self-learning.
  • Ensures respect for uniform and grooming guidelines at all times.
