Job Description:

Sanderson Recruitment is seeking a highly skilled Marketing Communications Executive to join their team. This exciting opportunity will see you working in the Communications Department, where you will be responsible for providing expert marketing and communications advice and services to assigned management and teams.

The successful candidate will have a degree in Marketing, Business, or another relevant discipline, as well as minimum three years' directly relevant experience working in a comparable marketing and/or communications function. You will also be highly competent in all aspects of the full marketing communications mix, with excellent communication skills (written and oral) and ability to represent the organisation in a public forum.

This role involves implementing a strategic communications plan promoting the organization's role, objectives, and achievements. You will support press office functions, including proactive media relations, responding to press queries, and spokesperson training. Additionally, you will coordinate the content origination and publication of significant reports, provide marketing and communications support for flagship activities such as major events and awards, and work with the procurement team to appoint marketing and communications agencies to support the Communications team.

You will define metrics for programmes and monitor, review, and adjust ongoing marketing programmes. Your target audience research will gather insights to inform communications strategies and tactics. Furthermore, you will manage the organization's brand assets and portfolio to ensure their full and proper use, collaborate closely with the wider Communications team to maximize communications and content effectiveness, and demonstrate a good reasoned and creative approach to problem-solving.

The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, ability to multitask, manage competing demands, and work effectively to deadlines. You will also have a high level of attention to detail, commitment to quality, and ability to work on own initiative and manage milestones. Excellent computing and IT skills are essential, and proficiency in written/spoken Irish language is desirable.

Requirements:
