Base pay rangeSales and Marketing Executive
Reporting to the COO, the Sales and Marketing Executive will be responsible for strengthening relationships with existing members, increasing retention, and driving membership growth through targeted strategies. This role involves developing and implementing marketing initiatives that highlight membership benefits, encourage renewals, and create value-driven programs to enhance member engagement and participation.
Key Responsibilities:
Member Engagement
- Develop and execute a structured membership retention and engagement strategy.
- Act as the primary point of contact for members, building strong, long-term relationships to encourage continued membership.
- Gather feedback from members to identify areas for improvement and additional service offerings.
- Conduct exit interviews with departing members to understand their reasons for leaving and propose solutions to improve retention.
- Represent the company at events to enhance member engagement and drive membership growth including presentations to dental schools and other appropriate settings.
- Regularly provide reports on membership numbers, engagement activities, and retention performance.
Growth
- Identify opportunities to generate additional revenue through enhanced member services and partnerships.
- Develop and manage commercial agreements, affinity partnerships, and exclusive member deals.
- Propose and implement strategies for upselling value-added services to existing members.
- Collaborate with key stakeholders to align business development efforts with the company's strategic goals.
Marketing
- Develop and implement targeted marketing campaigns to attract new members and promote the value of membership.
- Work with the executive team to ensure consistent branding and messaging across digital channels.
- Create compelling marketing materials, email campaigns, and social media content to communicate membership benefits.
- Develop referral and incentive programs to encourage member-driven growth.
- Utilize CRM tools to track member interactions and deliver personalized marketing messages.
- Monitor and analyze marketing campaign performance, adjusting strategies as needed to maximize engagement and conversions.
Other Duties:
- Work closely with the finance and membership executives to ensure smooth operational processes.
- Assist with CRM management and ensure accurate data recording.
- Support organisation-wide events and initiatives aimed at member engagement.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor offerings, and best practices in member engagement and marketing.
Requirements: Skills & Qualifications
- Degree or background in Business with Sales & Marketing.
- Proven track record in sales growth, customer engagement, and membership retention.
- Experience in relationship management, marketing, or a membership-focused role.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple initiatives simultaneously.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Confident and professional approach to engaging with members through phone, email, and in-person interactions.
- Ability to develop and execute targeted marketing campaigns across various digital platforms.
- Knowledge of GDPR and data protection best practices.
- Proficiency in Microsoft 365 (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook) and CRM tools (preferably Microsoft Dynamics).
- Enthusiasm for the company's mission and a proactive approach to growing its membership base.
- Full driving licence.
