Sidetrade is a rapidly expanding international software company that is transforming the Order-to-Cash process for global enterprises.

We are seeking a Director of Global Revenue Expansion to join our team and drive our growth in key markets.

In this role, you will be responsible for leading a team of Business Development Representatives (BDRs) who will focus on developing and qualifying revenue opportunities within their territory.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Defining and executing the Go-To-Market strategy in coordination with the marketing team
  • Working closely with AVP Sales leaders to ensure alignment and achieve sales targets
  • Mentoring and coaching BDRs to improve their skills and performance

Requirements:

  • At least 10 years of experience in Business Software sales or business development
  • Proven track record of driving business growth and expansion in international markets
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and sales automation tools
  • Fluency in English, additional languages a plus
