Software Testing Lead Position

We are seeking a seasoned Software Testing Lead to spearhead our QA and testing initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee and lead a team of testers, fostering high performance and efficiency.
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive testing strategy for the organization.
  • Collaborate with other managers to ensure alignment between the test plan and overall project goals.
  • Deliver in-depth reports to stakeholders, discussing progress and addressing issues.
  • Mentor junior team members and assist with recruitment efforts.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • At least 5 years' experience in a management or lead role.
  • Minimum 7 years' experience in software testing.
  • In-depth knowledge of software testing principles and tools.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • ISTQB certification is highly desirable.
