Job Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced accommodation professional to join our skilled housekeeping team at a 4-star hotel in Dublin.

The Role:
  • Work closely with the hotel management team in the day-to-day operations of the hotel.
  • Oversee the day-to-day operations of the accommodation department.
  • Manage and co-ordinate the housekeeping team to ensure that all bedrooms and bathrooms are cleaned/maintained to the highest standard.
  • Manage and co-ordinate the housekeeping team to ensure the cleaning of all public areas within the hotel.
  • Collaborate with Front Office Manager and Reception Team to ensure that the overall guest experience and expectations are met.
  • Provide excellent customer care to guests at all times.
  • Staff Training and development.
  • Stock/supply ordering.
  • Attend hotel meetings and complete action plans.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience as a Hotel Accommodation Manager/Supervisor is essential.
  • Previous HACCP training would be desirable but is not essential.
  • Must be fluent in English both written and spoken.
  • Must be enthusiastic and a quick learner.
  • Must be able to multi-task and be willing to help out where required in all areas of the hotel.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Must be able to work as part of a team and on own initiative.
  • Must be available for early starts, weekends, and public holidays.
