Were are looking for a dynamic, experienced General Manager to lead our team. The Role As General Manager, youll take full responsibility for the day-to-day operations of the venue. Youll inspire your team, drive commercial success, and work towards growth and development of the business and maintain high standards across the board. What Were Looking For A proven track record in managing high-quality hospitality venues Strong food and Beverage Experience Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and mentor Expenditure, use of budgets, cash handling, stock control and forecasting A passion for customer experience, service standards, and team culture Understanding of licensing, health & safety, and compliance Your Responsibilities Lead, train, and support a high-performing team Drive revenue through events, promotions, and local partnerships Oversee stock control, rota management, and supplier relationships Ensure compliance with all licensing and operational regulations Be a hands-on presence on the floor, setting the tone for service What We Offer Salary of £40,000 with an OTE of up to £60,000 Job Type: Full-time Job Type: Perm Pay: £40,000 per year Benefits: Work Location: In person Skills: Hotel Management Sales Customer Service food and beverage
