
Hotel Revenue Manager

The ideal candidate will possess a solid understanding of revenue management principles and practices. This includes the ability to analyze data, identify trends, and develop strategies to optimize revenue growth.
Job Responsibilities:
- Assist in the development and implementation of revenue strategies for assigned hotels
- Manage day-to-day yield operations, including daily pick-up analysis, strategy adjustments, and reporting
- Perform competitive benchmark studies and follow market trends
- Assist with maintenance of 24-36 month rolling demand calendar for each hotel
- Develop pricing strategies for each hotel, providing weekly dynamic forecast of expected results, variances, and budget comparisons
- Analyze overall monthly performance and provide summary report with recommendations to improve long-term strategies for each hotel
- Ensure all related systems are configured correctly, validated, and working to full capacity for each hotel
- Work in liaison with hotel sales and reservations departments as a team
Requirements:
- Proven experience in a hotel environment role for room reservations
- Motivated Key Communicator Exposure to Hotel Revenue Management Skills: Revenue Management Key communicator Motivated
- Business Development DNA and commercial-minded individual
- Strong sense of need for achievement of goals and success
- Good analytical and numeric skills for fast data crunching
- Ability to work under own initiative in a highly pressured environment
