Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated La Prairie Skincare Specialist to join our team at Brown Thomas Dublin. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional skincare experiences to our clients and working closely with the visual merchandising team to maintain a luxurious environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver personalized skincare consultations and treatments, including facials and product recommendations, to clients, building strong relationships and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Work closely with the visual merchandising team to maintain a luxurious and well-organized beauty room, ensuring all products are stocked and displayed according to company guidelines.
  • Liaise with line manager to plan and execute events and promotions, maximizing sales and improving customer engagement.
Requirements
  • ITEC diploma qualification level 2 (required), experience of providing high-quality skincare treatments to clients, client-focused and dedicated to providing a luxury experience, polished, approachable, and friendly communication skills, dedicated to achieving/exceeding KPIs, and able to work collaboratively as part of a small team.
