
Care Support Specialist

We are seeking a dedicated professional to support residents in their homes, helping them develop new skills and live independently.
Key Responsibilities- To work as part of a team, supporting residents to live fulfilling and wholesome lives, enabling them to learn new skills and live independently as much as possible.
- To provide residents with guidance, support, training, and activities to help them achieve their goals.
- To collaborate with colleagues and the wider support team to deliver high-quality care.
- Holding or pursuing a Level 7 qualification in Social Care / Applied Social Studies (registered or eligible for registration with CORU) OR Holding a Nursing Degree (registered in the relevant Division of the Live Register of Nurses maintained by the Nursing Midwifery Board of Ireland).
- Demonstrate knowledge of the legislation, regulations, and standards applicable to the provision of accommodation-based services to vulnerable people.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Full driving licence.
- Competitive salary range of €33,852 - €37,128.
