We are currently looking for a skilled Performance Optimization Specialist to join our team.

About the Role
  • This is an exciting opportunity to work on mission-critical, large-scale applications, ensuring they remain reliable, scalable, and high-performing in a dynamic environment.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in performance engineering and excellent communication skills. They will be responsible for planning, designing, executing, and analyzing performance testing strategies for enterprise applications.

A key aspect of this role is the ability to identify and resolve application performance bottlenecks, collaborating closely with development teams. The successful candidate will also have hands-on experience with Load Runner, Neo Load, JMeter, Selenium, or similar tools and strong knowledge of APM tools such as Dynatrace, App Dynamics, or New Relic.

In addition, the candidate should have proven expertise in performance analysis for Java applications, containerized/serverless environments, databases (MSSQL, Oracle, Dynamo DB), JavaScript-based front ends, and Linux/Unix and Windows systems. Experience with AWS and integrating performance testing into CI/CD pipelines is also essential. The ideal candidate will have proficiency in Java, JavaScript, Python, or Go, SQL, and version control systems such as Git or Bitbucket.

Key Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
  • 10+ years of industry experience in performance engineering, including 3+ years in a senior role.
  • Hands-on experience with automation testing frameworks.
  • Strong understanding of performance metrics and KPIs.
