Performance Engineer

We are seeking a skilled Performance Engineer to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and execute performance testing strategies for large-scale applications.
  • Maintain and improve performance testing scripts and tools.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve application performance issues.
  • Integrate performance testing into continuous delivery pipelines.
  • Support the triage of production performance problems.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
  • 10+ years of industry experience in performance engineering, including 3+ years in a senior role.
  • Hands-on experience with performance testing tools such as LoadRunner, NeoLoad, JMeter, Selenium, or similar technologies.
  • Strong knowledge of application performance management (APM) tools such as Dynatrace, AppDynamics, or New Relic.
  • Proven expertise in performance analysis for Java applications, containerised/serverless environments, databases (MSSQL, Oracle, DynamoDB), JavaScript-based front ends, Linux/Unix, and Windows systems.
  • Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS and integrating performance testing into CI/CD pipelines.
  • Proficiency in Java, JavaScript, Python, or Go, SQL, and version control systems such as Git or Bitbucket.
