Graphic Designer

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a talented Graphic Designer to join our team. The successful candidate will have a strong portfolio of design projects that demonstrate creativity and technical skills.

The role involves supporting the Lead Graphic Designer, Head of Digital Marketing and Communications, and wider Marketing team in shaping the visual identity of our brand(s) and services. This includes designing visual content that communicates messages, ideas, and information effectively using a combination of typography, images, colours, and other design elements.

Key responsibilities include collaborating with the wider marketing team, volunteers, colleagues, and stakeholders to create compelling and visually appealing designs across various mediums, such as print, digital, and multimedia platforms.

Requirements
  • A level 8 degree in graphic design is essential
  • Strong portfolio showcasing a range of design projects that demonstrate creativity, technical skills is essential
  • Previous relevant work experience in graphic design would be an advantage but is not required
Skills
  • Proficiency in graphic design software particularly Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop Illustrator InDesign) is essential
  • Ability to adapt to changing design requirements
  • Attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality visual content
  • Exceptional presentation skills to diverse stakeholders
  • Excellent communication skills to collaborate effectively with volunteers colleagues and stakeholders
  • Ability to plan and manage competing deadlines and priorities and work well as part of a small team
