Role Description

We are seeking a talented Branding & Graphics Designer to create visually compelling content that enhances our brand identity across multiple platforms.

  • The ideal candidate will have a strong background in graphic design and branding, with experience in developing and executing branding strategies.
  • They should be proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign) and Sketch, with a strong understanding of branding, visual identity, and design principles.
  • The designer will work closely with marketing teams to maintain cohesive messaging and ensure high-quality, visually striking designs for print and digital materials.
Key Responsibilities
  1. Develop and execute branding strategies to align visual identity with marketing goals.
  2. Design logo and marketing material, including brochures, business cards, packaging, and digital assets.
  3. Create digital content, including website graphics, social media visuals, and email campaigns.
  4. Maintain branding consistency through collaboration with marketing teams.
  5. Design presentations and pitch decks for stakeholders.
  6. Ensure print and advertising layouts meet high standards.
  7. Analyze industry trends and competitors to develop fresh ideas.
  8. Graphic design for packaging and merchandising.
  9. Project management skills to handle multiple tasks while meeting deadlines.
  10. Collaborate with printers and vendors to guarantee premium quality for printed materials.
  11. Implement design revisions based on feedback.
Qualifications and Required Skills
  • Proven experience in graphic design and branding, with a portfolio required.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign), Sketch, and motion graphics.
  • Strong knowledge of branding, visual identity, and design principles.
  • Ability to translate ideas into creative, marketable designs.
  • Self-motivated and adaptable to fast-paced work environments.
