Retail Operations Manager

As a key member of our retail staff, this role is responsible for assisting the Supervisor in running a store, overseeing staff performance, and providing guidance and support to other employees.
Main duties include:
- Providing leadership and guidance to junior shop assistants, assisting with their training and development.
- Assisting the shop supervisor or manager with daily operations, including opening and closing procedures, and overseeing staff schedules.
- Handling escalated customer inquiries or issues, resolving complaints, and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Operating the cash register, processing transactions accurately, and handling payments.
- Maintaining cleanliness and organisation of the store, including stocking shelves and arranging displays.
This role requires proven experience in a relevant position, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively as part of a team.
