Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Linux Cloud Support Specialist to join our team. As a customer advocate, you will be responsible for providing top-notch technical support to our clients. This role requires a strong background in Linux systems, cloud computing concepts, and excellent communication skills.

The ideal candidate will have experience working with Linux distributions, Amazon Web Services (AWS), and other cloud platforms. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment are also essential.

In this role, you will work closely with our customers to understand their technical needs and provide tailored solutions. You will also collaborate with our internal teams to identify areas for improvement and develop new processes to enhance our services.

About the Role

This is a unique opportunity to join a dynamic team and make a real impact on our customers' experiences. As a Linux Cloud Support Specialist, you will be responsible for:

* Providing technical support to customers via phone, email, and web/live chat
* Troubleshooting and debugging complex technical issues using advanced techniques

Requirements

* 1+ years of technical support experience
* Ability to communicate effectively in English and Portuguese (written and spoken)
