Key Responsibilities:

  1. Develop, implement, and evaluate strategic internal communication plans that align with organizational goals, balancing reactive and proactive communications.
  2. Collaborate with senior leaders to craft compelling messaging for announcements, policy changes, and key initiatives, including town halls and leadership forums.
  3. Engage in campaign planning, helping leaders shape and deliver their messages effectively across multiple channels, including MS Teams and Viva Engage.
  4. Provide coaching and strategic planning support to stakeholders, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives and enhancing the overall communication process.
  5. Manage and develop a team of communications professionals to ensure consistent and impactful internal communications.
  6. Monitor communication effectiveness and implement adjustments based on feedback and metrics to continuously improve engagement and reach.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in internal communications, particularly within matrix organizations, with at least 5 years in a managerial role.
  • Strong writing, editing, and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft clear, engaging content for varied audiences.
  • Experience in developing and executing strategic communication plans that drive employee engagement and alignment with business objectives.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and senior leadership, offering strategic counsel and communication support for enterprise-wide initiatives.
  • Strong project management skills, with the capacity to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
