Healthcare Advisor

Job Description:
To provide exceptional customer experiences and offer expert advice on various pharmacy products.
As a key member of the pharmacy team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality customer service, maintaining stock levels, and ensuring efficient store operations.
You will work closely with the managing pharmacist to consult on product ranges, maintain accurate stock records, and ensure timely deliveries.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- At least 1 year of experience in pharmacy, retail, or hospitality preferred.
- Cashier experience is an advantage.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Discretion in handling customer queries and confidentiality.
- Attention to detail is essential.
- Organized with the ability to multi-task under pressure.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
