Sustainable Biologics Manufacturing Expert

We are seeking a skilled Biologics Manufacturing Specialist to collaborate with cross-functional teams and drive process improvements for sustainable biologics manufacturing capacity.
This role involves working closely with stakeholders to implement process enhancements, support new product introductions, and ensure seamless transitions from sustaining to new product manufacturing.
The successful candidate will have strong analytical skills, excellent communication abilities, and a deep understanding of manufacturing processes and technology transfer.
Key responsibilities include:
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvement initiatives.
- Supporting new product introduction risk assessments and ensuring appropriate controls are in place.
- Developing and maintaining manufacturing documentation, including process impact assessments.
- Representing the manufacturing department at meetings to ensure end-user requirements are represented.
- Providing training to colleagues on new procedures and best practices.
- Supporting external and internal audits, as well as the introduction of consumables and raw materials.
The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in biologics manufacturing, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
