Seeking an exceptional Manufacturing Bioprocess Leader to join our team in the development and production of veterinary vaccines.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and guide a team on floor manufacturing of pipeline products on a shift rotation, ensuring seamless execution of daily tasks
  • Provide guidance, coaching and mentoring to the rest of the production team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement
  • Operate equipment according to electronic batch records, sampling plans and standard operating procedures, upholding the highest standards of quality and safety
Desirable Experience:
  • Bachelor's degree in biotechnology, chemistry, biology or process engineering
  • Extensive experience in bulk manufacturing of pharmaceutical or biological components, with a strong understanding of upstream and downstream unit operations for mAb manufacturing
  • Familiarity with automation systems, including Emerson DeltaV and Pas X, as well as proficiency in various single-use technologies in a manufacturing environment
Requirements:
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Attention to detail and ability to follow standard operating procedures, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements
