Lead Manufacturing Bioprocess Associate - Ireland, Dublin - 11 Month Contract

Do you want to be involved with exciting pharmaceutical projects?

When it comes to the development and production of veterinary vaccines, our pharmaceutical client has the largest centre in the industry worldwide and is a Centre of Excellence; employing more than 1000 people. They are looking to add to their team and require a Lead Manufacturing Bioprocess Associate.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities for this role include, but are not limited to, the following:

- Lead/Guide team members to support on floor manufacturing of pipeline products on a shift rotation
- Provide guidance, coaching and mentoring to the rest of the production team
- Operate equipment according to electronic batch records, sampling plans and standard operating procedures.

Desirable Experience:

- Bachelor's degree in biotechnology, Chemistry, Biology, Pharmacy, or Process engineering.
- Requires extensive Biotech Industry (bulk manufacturing of pharmaceutical or biological components)
- Experience of Upstream and Downstream Unit Operations for mAb manufacturing within depth knowledge of key unit operations.
- Familiarity with Emerson DeltaV, Pas X, and the use of Automation in a Proficiency in various Single Use technologies in a manufacturing environment.
