The role of Lead Manufacturing Bioprocess Associate will see you take on a leadership position, guiding team members in the production of pipeline products. Your guidance, coaching, and mentoring skills will be essential in supporting your colleagues in this critical area. Operating equipment according to electronic batch records, sampling plans, and standard operating procedures will also be a key part of your job.

To be successful in this role, you'll need to possess a strong foundation in biotechnology, chemistry, biology, pharmacy, or process engineering. A bachelor's degree in one of these fields would be ideal. Additionally, experience in the biotech industry, particularly in bulk manufacturing of pharmaceutical or biological components, would be highly beneficial. Familiarity with upstream and downstream unit operations for mAb manufacturing, as well as knowledge of automation systems and single-use technologies, would also be advantageous.
