Job Overview
We are seeking an accomplished EMEA Sales Manager to spearhead international growth and strengthen partnerships across the region. This role can be based anywhere in Ireland.

As a key member of our team, you will develop and execute a high-performing regional sales strategy aligned with business objectives, market trends, and growth targets in the bioprocessing sector.

Responsibilities:
  • Identify, engage, and nurture relationships with key clients, partners, distributors, and industry stakeholders across diverse geographies.
  • Represent us at high-profile industry events, trade shows, and conferences, positioning us as a leader in bespoke bioprocessing solutions.
  • Work closely with in-house engineering teams to design and present tailored, value-added solutions that meet complex client needs.
  • Oversee the entire sales pipeline, ensuring accurate forecasting, timely reporting, and tracking of performance metrics to maximise conversion and profitability.

Requirements:
We are looking for someone with 6+ years in B2B sales or business development in engineering or technical services, preferably with experience in bioprocessing. Experience in biotech, life sciences, or pharma manufacturing is also a strong plus. You should have proven success in EMEA markets and excellent consultative selling and stakeholder engagement skills. Comfortable with regular travel to other countries, proficiency in CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) is required.
