About the Role: We are seeking an experienced Investor Relations Manager to join a dynamic team within a globally renowned organisation specialising in private equity and real estate funds.

This role involves overseeing the administration of a portfolio of funds, ensuring client expectations are exceeded while adhering to regulatory standards. The successful candidate will lead a small team, fostering a collaborative and efficient environment, and act as the primary client contact for their portfolio.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversight of the administration of private equity and real estate funds, ensuring adherence to service agreements and regulatory requirements.
  • Management and development of a team of supervisors and administrators, providing leadership and mentorship.
  • Acting as the primary point of contact for clients, maintaining effective communication and relationships.
  • Administration of shareholder registers, processing payments, and handling subscriptions, capital calls, distributions, and transfers.
  • Delivery of accurate and timely investor-related services, including database management and updates.
  • Ensuring client deadlines and fund rules are met while maintaining operational efficiency.
  • Support for audits and liaison with fund participants and advisers.
