Job Title

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop tactical plans and strategies for projects.
  • Manage various programs of work, engage teams, and set project delivery pace.
  • Become a trusted advisor to decision makers, providing insights and influencing product direction.
  • Develop metrics with reliable datasets to provide visibility into engineering solutions.
  • Provide quantitative analysis focus, interpreting technical information from structured and unstructured sources.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.
  • 5 years of program/project management experience.
  • Experience with software release management practices, tools, and automation.
  • Experience building cross-platform development tools and frameworks.
  • Experience rolling out new enterprise technology and solutions.
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams and programs.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in stakeholder management.
  • Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking skills.
  • Excellent relationship-building skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

About the Role:

Effective problem solving is about creating solutions that benefit everyone. As a Technical Program Manager, you'll lead complex projects from start to finish, working with stakeholders to plan requirements, identify risks, manage project schedules, and communicate with cross-functional partners.

You'll be equally comfortable explaining team analyses to executives as discussing technical tradeoffs with engineers.
